Security
OptionsClick views its customer’s security as being of paramount importance. Accordingly, we have implemented a series of security measures in order to ensure that usage of the OptionsClick platform is fully secure.
Registration and Identification
In order to trade using the OptionsClick platform, the registration process must be completed. It is recommended that clients take precautions to ensure that their username and password are not divulged to unauthorized persons. User passwords are encrypted and are not visible to OptionsClick personnel. OptionsClick personnel will under no circumstances ask a client to reveal their password. Any such request should be regarded by the client as a security breach and should be reported immediately to the OptionFair service center.
Passwords
Passwords must be between 5 and 15 characters. We recommend that you use a combination of characters and digits that cannot be easily deciphered. Periodically, users may be asked to change their password in order to maintain security. If you suspect that your password’s security has been compromised, we recommend that you change it immediately.
Login
In order to access the Trade section of the OptionsClick platform, you must enter your username and password correctly.
Logout
In order to exit the platform, the client is able to logout.
Encrypted Information
Information transmitted between OptionsClick and our clients’ personal computers is encrypted using a 128 bit SSL encryption certificate. Sensitive data (such as passwords) is maintained in encrypted format.
OptionsClick information technology staff supervise all activities, including performance of routine checks, in order to ensure that security is maintained.
